‘Switchblade’ Jay White officially signs with All Elite Wrestling.

White appeared tonight on AEW Dynamite after Ricky Starks made his way to the ring for the opening segment. White’s music played in the arena and then he and Juice Robinson made their attack.

Shortly after that happened, AEW President Tony Khan announced on Twitter that White has signed with the company. There had been speculation for weeks about whether White would sign with WWE or AEW but earlier this week PWInsider confirmed that he would likely not be heading to WWE.

Jay White’s Accolades

Jay White made his mark on New Japan Pro Wrestling upon his arrival in 2015. In 2018, White became the leader of Bullet Club when he, Gado, and Jado attacked Kazuchika Okada, successfully leaving CHAOS to join Bullet Club. White has also made appearances in Ring of Honor and IMPACT Wrestling. White made his All Elite Wrestling debut on the February 9, 2022 episode of AEW Dynamite, where he joined Adam Cole, and The Young Bucks in their attack of Trent Beretta and Rocky Romero. White has only competed in one match under the AEW umbrella when he successfully defended the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship over Adam Cole, Kazuchika Okada, and ‘Hangman’ Adam Page at the AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door pay-per-view event in June 2022.
