Cody Rhodes Shows Off Chair Shot Gash
AEW Executive President Cody Rhodes showed off a nasty cut on the back of his head in a photo that he shared on his official Twitter account.
At the time of the incident, it was noted that he had to get 12 stitches. It turns out that he actually had to receive 10 stitches. Rhodes shared this photo along with the update:

The cut happened at the Fyter Fest event over the weekend following his match against Darby Allin, which went to a 20-minute draw. Post-match, Shawn Spears hit Rhodes in the head with a steel chair.
This caused controversy online as Rhodesturned his head and didn’t put up his hands. As a result, Rhodes was bleeding from the back of his head. This was an accident as the chair was supposed to be gimmicked but the back of the chair that wrapped around his head is what caused the cut.
Private Party Signs Full-Time With AEW
Not only did Private Party (Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen) impress fans with their latest match but also AEW officials including The Young Bucks (Nick & Matt Jackson).
Matt Jackson noted on Twitter today that he and his brother offered the tag team contracts with contracts following their three-way tag team match that took place on the AEW Fyter Fest pre-show. They join an already stacked tag team division in AEW.
Literally right when Private Party stepped back through the curtain after their match at #FyterFest, Nick & I offered them full time contracts. Star making performances like that deserve to be rewarded.
