Jim Ross is making the media rounds to promote the AEW Double or Nothing event that is set to take place on Saturday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ross spoke to ESPN 1530’s No Holds Barred where he spoke about a wide range of topics including the possibility of Jon Moxley, formerly known as Dean Ambrose from his time in WWE, signing with AEW.
“I think it could happen for sure, and I think he’s a high priority for any company. Whether it be AEW, or WWE retaining him, or him going ROH or anywhere else. John’s a very talented kid.”
Moxley has been speculated to sign with the promotion by fans to the point where many think that he could make an appearance at Double or Nothing.
For months now, it was known that Ambrose would be departing from WWE at the end of April as he decided not to sign a new contract with the company.
Ambrose finished up his contract with the company when he wrestled at The Shield: Final Chapter event that aired on the WWE Network from a live event at the Tax Slayer Center in Moline, Illinois.
