During the 4/5 episode of AEW Dynamite, All Elite Wrestling President, Tony Khan, alongside Nigel McGuinness, and Adam Cole made a massive announcement. The trio announced that the company will host their first-ever ‘All In’ pay-per-view event on Sunday, August 27, from Wembley Stadium in London, England. Wembley Stadium seemingly has the potential to hold up to 90,000 fans.

The inaugural ‘All In’ pay-per-view was held on September 1, 2018 and was put together by Cody Rhodes, and The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson). Tony Khan, alongside Rhodes and The Young Bucks have publicly credited ‘All In’ as being the event to kickstart the launch of All Elite Wrestling, which would come to fruition just four months later with the company being launched on January 1, 2019.
