Bob Miller, better known as Bushwhacker Butch sadly passed away at the age of 78 on WrestleMania weekend.

He had recently traveled from New Zealand to The United States and became ill where he had to be admitted to a hospital in LA.

Luke Williams, aka Bushwhacker Luke who was his longtime partner in The Sheepherders and The Bushwhackers, announced the news today on Instagram. He wrote:

Update; Our dear Bob has passed away. Those we love never truly leave us. There are things that death cannot touch. We will always love u uncle Bob Miller until we meet again. Love u, Jackie”

Luke and Butch worked for several promotions, including WWE and the NWA.

Together, they held multiple titles in the NWA, including the NWA Florida Tag Team, NWA Mid-Atlantic Tag Team, NWA Pacific Northwest Tag Team, and UWF World Tag Team Championships. The tag team duo was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2015.
