Matt Riddle is finally back.
On the April 3 episode of WWE Raw, The Miz came to the ring and complained about the way he had three impromptu matches at WrestleMania 39. He bragged about beating Shane McMahon so badly that he couldn’t keep fighting before he found himself the target of another surprise. Matt Riddle came to the ring and took the fight to the former WWE Champion. Riddle hit the Bro Derek and left “The A-Lister” lying.
Riddle had been absent since Solo Sikoa took him out with a brutal attack on the December 5 episode of WWE Raw.
Previously, Riddle stated that he was working on himself during his absence. In February, Riddle showed off his new grill and thanked his girlfriend for her support during his “recovery.”
Riddle is a former WWE United States Champion and a former Raw Tag Team Champion, among other accolades. He had been Randy Orton’s tag team partner before Orton went down with an injury in May 2022.
